Halit Karagülle is the Project Technical Coordinator at Türkiye Sürdürülebilir İnsani Yardım ve Eğitim Vakfı (TÜRSİYEV), where he is responsible for planning and implementing field operations. He directly manages project implementation processes, stakeholder coordination, and field teams, executing needs analysis, implementation, monitoring, and impact assessment phases with a holistic approach. He also contributes significantly to the planning and financial management of project budgets, supporting the effective, transparent and accountable use of resources.

With over ten years of experience in humanitarian aid and development projects, Karagülle has previously worked for Save the Children and UNHCR, gaining significant experience in protection, field operations and case management. During this time, he has carried out effective and sustainable project implementations by ensuring strong coordination between public institutions, civil society organisations and local stakeholders.

Karagülle graduated from the Accounting Department of Antakya Vocational School at Mustafa Kemal University and completed his undergraduate education at the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at Anadolu University.

Nesrin Nalbant serves as the Secretary General and Community Relations Specialist at Türkiye Sürdürülebilir İnsani Yardım ve Eğitim Vakfı (TÜRSİYEV), where she is responsible for coordinating the foundation’s administrative operations, monitoring corporate processes, and managing stakeholder relations. In this capacity, she contributes to the monitoring of financial and budgetary processes in addition to corporate operations. She also coordinates the planning and implementation of community-based initiatives, managing field processes, collaboration with local stakeholders, and the implementation of socially impactful activities through a holistic approach.

Active in community relations and social impact work since 2014, Nalbant has gained experience in implementing sustainable community-focused practices in local development, women’s entrepreneurship, and post-earthquake recovery processes thanks to her field-based approach.

Nalbant graduated from the Marketing and Advertising Department at Mustafa Kemal University and completed her undergraduate education at the Department of Labour Economics and Industrial Relations at Anadolu University.
